Are you the person who can’t complete all the tasks from their daily to-do list?

Productivity is an essential part for a working person, and for others too.

Being productive is not a choice for someone, it’s an art for people to do their valuable tasks without getting distracted, without getting stressed, and without getting delayed.

Here, I’m telling you about 10 important tips for being more productive in work and getting shit done.

Priorities Matters

Priorities are the tasks people procrastinate on and then they says that they are not productive.

The theory of the most important task is simple, the task in your to-do list that can bring your more results than all other tasks.

Spend your 4 to 5 minutes in the morning or night to find out the most important task (MIT) of the day.

Work on that task in starting of the day and get that task done in the first place.

Art of 80/20 Principle

The 80/20 concept is another technique to prioritize work.

The 80/20 rule (also known as the Pareto Principle) was discovered by Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto and argues that in any endeavor, 80% of the results will come from 20% of the efforts.

Focus on those 20% tasks that bring 80% result, you can’t imagine how happy you’ll be after completing those 20% tasks.

Never Let Your Task List Win

Don’t put too much weight on your to-do list, always keep it short and fill it with important tasks, only those tasks that bring value to your work and life.

Keep it countable.

BREAKS, Make It A Part Of Your Daily Routine

Whatever your post is in a job, it doesn’t matter if your mind is calm, you do meditation, you’re a human first and you can’t focus more than eight hours at a single time, no matter how many effective habits you develop.

Taking breaks is an essential part of being productive, take breaks after every 25 minutes or 30 minutes.

Less Decisions, More Productive

Some choices are critical. The majority aren’t. Consider outsourcing or reducing daily decisions if you want to be more productive.

If you’ve two things to do at a time and both are important, do both.

Don’t waste your time in making decisions for both those important tasks.

Make Blocks For Just 5 Minutes

Procrastination is the main hurdle in being productive, which we’ve all gone through.

The best way to stop procrastination is to start a task with just 5 minutes of sitting and doing deep work.

After 5 minutes of deep work, you can continue your task if you don’t feel stressed, make proper time blocks for every task.

Stay Away From Distractions

Imagine doing your work happily and then your phone suddenly rings or an email pop up, it will ruin your flow in doing that task.

Keep yourself away from those distractions before jumping into an important task.

This is a strategy that you could probably use to great effect, especially given the number of distractions we face on a daily basis.

Hope it helped you in understanding things very clearly.

Will see you in next blog, Bye bye.
